Men's 7s Practice Tonight (6/16/26, 6pm, Unami Park, Cranford)

Back to sevens training tonight! This evening, we are going to join with the Jesters at 6pm in Unami Park to train in a session led by Eamonn Matthews. Eamonn, a scrum half, has played Major League Rugby for both Atlanta and New York and for the USA U20 team. Hailing from Jersey City, he attended Xavier High School and St. Bonaventure University. Eammon also has coached at Xavier High School and several prominent rugby academies. He is known for his dynamic coaching style and challenging drills. Come out to get high level rugby training in preparation for the Rockaway Tournament on Saturday!

Men's 15's Practice Tuesday (6/9) and Thursday (6/11)

Men, In preparation for our 15s match against Montclair on Sunday, June 14, there will be 15's training tonight (Tuesday, June 9) and Thursday night (June 11) at Unami Park. Training will start at 6:15pm. Because of 15's training, there will not be 7s practice this week. All 7s players are invited to train 15s with us this week. 7s practice will resume next week. Men's Sevens Practice - Now Tuesdays

Beginning June 2, 2026, Union Men's Sevens practice will be on Tuesdays, 6:15pm-8:15pm, at Unami Park. First tournament is the Lehigh Valley Sevens on Saturday, June 6.
